RECRUITMENT AGENCY LICENSE IN DUBAI

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  2. Copy of the applicant’s family book

  3. Copies of the ID cards of the nationals

  4. A statement of good conduct

  5. Copy after the trade name application with the Trade Register

  6. The shareholders’ written statements on the opening of the company

  7. A blueprint of the employment agency’s location

GUIDELINES

The Dubai MR1283 has stringent instructions for employees seeking jobs in an employment company or a recruiting service.

Jobs companies must also deposit 2,000 Dirhams for each employee brought into Dubai, in addition to the pledge. The legislation on the Licensing and Regulation of Private Employment Agencies stipulates that employment companies will be kept responsible for their responsibilities to employees for the sake of accountability. Additionally, work businesses and recruiting companies must attract skilled employees and employ an experienced boss.

The Labor Ministry has also imposed restrictions on the fees that Dubai employment firms will charge potential clients. Employment companies in Dubai are required to explicitly mention the contract's terms and conditions, as well as the employee's responsibilities. Employee documents from the previous three years must still be held by recruitment companies in Dubai.

In Dubai's free zones, ex-pats will open recruiting agencies. Global practitioners must be approved by the Ministry, and foreign workers must not have any criminal records.
